I can’t say enough nice things about my experience with United storage. Kimberly went above and beyond for myself and my kids when she didn’t know us from Adam, she literally save my children from a lot of heartache and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of when we were actually an inconvenience to her. It just goes to show that there are people out there that are selfless and kind she literally has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met. There is not enough words I can say to show her how grateful I am for what she did!! We even out of circumstances that we’re not our fault, didn’t/couldn’t hold up our end and Kimberly still made sure we were okay and worked with us!! All with a smile on her face!! It’s been a long time since someone has left me shocked due to kindness and understanding !!! Kimberly and Shane treat you like they’ve known you forever and that your family, you can’t say that About many people or businesses these days. I will forever refer people to Kimberly and Shane, and I hope she knows just how thankful I am for her and what they did!!! And I’m sorry about the entire situation!! Charles and Gee are an incredible couple and run a very sharp operation. They have a genuine care for your experience and the property. The facility is extremely clean, the AC is cold, and the security is on point. My wife and I have stored items at different places over the years, and I only wish that we had met Charles and Gee sooner! Even if you don’t rent a UHaul or store anything here, do yourself a favor and go say hello to Charles and Gee!“

Gee and Charles very nice and out going they are very nice people and care about your concerns. Kimberly and Shane are wonderful. Easy to set up our new storage unit. Excellent customer service NOW OFFERING PARKING !! Do you live in Beckett Bay, Forest Ridge, Holiday Lake Estates, Crest Ridge Gardens, or Adell Gardens? Because we’re located right off of FL-595, we’re easily accessible from anywhere in the area, including from US Highway 19. We’re just down the street from The Home Depot at US-19 and Flora Avenue and across the street from Pasco Pharmacy and Pizza Hut. Our proximity to US-19 makes us a great choice for residents of Beacon Square, Trinity, and Anclote.
