We find it to be extremely clean, the temperature for the indoor units are pleasantly cool and ...bonus, the lady who works the front desk is so patient, thoughtful and kind. Excellent! Very good costumer service. NOW OFFERING PARKING !! Do you live in Beckett Bay, Forest Ridge, Holiday Lake Estates, Crest Ridge Gardens, or Adell Gardens? Because we’re located right off of FL-595, we’re easily accessible from anywhere in the area, including from US Highway 19. We’re just down the street from The Home Depot at US-19 and Flora Avenue and across the street from Pasco Pharmacy and Pizza Hut. Our proximity to US-19 makes us a great choice for residents of Beacon Square, Trinity, and Anclote.
